RISK FACTORS: The holder of this ticket assumes all risk incidental to the game before, during or after a bout by any participate or anyone in connection with the event. Including (but not limited to) the danger of property damage or risk of bodily injury. The holder understands and acknowledges that OCRD, the facility and/or any individual players are not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of your attendance at one of our events or practices.
RELEASE: The ticket holder releases OCRD, all members of OCRD, any person participating in activities in association with OCRD, and OCRD's affiliated entities, any agent, owner, employee or representative of OCRD or any such entity or any successors in interest, heirs and assigns of any of the foregoing released persons and entities and agrees not to sue them on account of or in conjunction with any claims, causes of action, injuries, damage, cost of expenses arising out of the activity, including those based on death, bodily injury or property damage whether or not caused by the acts, omissions or other fault of the parties being released.
